The Farm Homeowners Association

When you purchase a home in The Farm, you automatically become an “Owner” and a member of The Farm Homeowners Association, Inc. Homeowner’s Association dues is used to pay a portion of the operating costs of the Association. These costs include membership and operation of The Gathering Place Clubhouse, covenant enforcement and other management and administrative costs of the Association; trash removal and recycling costs (excluding start-up fee) for all residents; the Association’s insurance; and various other costs of the Association. Any portion of the Association’s operating and maintenance costs for 2024 not covered by Base Assessments will be paid by developer and builder assessments. The monthly dues for 2024 will be $125.

Additionally, all of the land within The Farm is included within the Allison Valley Metropolitan District (the “AVMD”), which the City of Colorado Springs approved. The AVMD contains approximately 400 gross acres. All homes constructed within The Farm are subject to mill levy and taxes of the AVMD. The AVMD has been established for a variety of purposes such as construction of infrastructure, and to fund, operate and maintain public improvements, bridges, streets, parks, trails, landscaping and other amenities installed, constructed or owned by the AVMD. The mill levy and the amount of the taxes imposed will be determined annually in accordance with law and will appear on and be part of Purchaser’s annual real property tax bill.
